What's with all the fires around the Huon the last couple of weeks? Im sick of my washing smelling like smoke. Another one today, fills the entire Huon Valley with smokey smog, its sorta ruining my veiw...
So I had my interview with Banjo's Bakery in Kingston today. It went pretty well I think, the lady said I was the best she had spoken to today and she'll get back to me tomorrow. I filled out my availability for 8-5 Monday to Friday, and she said she likes her full timers to start at 6am when they open, she asked if that would be a problem....haha, um im unemployed, I cant really be picky, so I said that'd be fine. It takes about 25 minutes to get to Kingston, so if I get the job, i'll be leaving for work at 5:30 every morning, Ouch! Waking up at 5, the latest! another Ouch! But it'll be good for me, I have problems waking up in the morning early, good mission prep I spose.
Untill you do it yourself, you dont realise how many things you've gotta pay for when you start a life in a new place. Everything you've gotta pay for.

$670 for removalist (my stuff's still not here, thats over a month its been! DID I NOT PAY YOU ENOUGH!!!)
$4000 car
$130.50 JUST TO GET THE REGO FOR THE CAR SWAPED!!! LUDICROUS!
$110 to get a car checked out at a Automotive workshop
$5 every late fee at the video store hehe
plus others that have slipped my mind at the moment.

For Centrelink to help you out, you need to be broke, get fired from a job, not quit, and pretty much tell them how much money you have, down to the last 5cents you've got in you're wallet. I hate them...Oh there's also a 8 week waiting period. &%$#!
Cant wait to get some cash flow...not having a job is the worst.

So I decided that I am going to cook tonight...so I looked through Mel's quick recipe books, and I came across one that Mum emailed Mel.
Its a Sausage Casserole....I know we've got heaps of sausages, so Im going with that. I really dont know how its going to turn out...its got the sausages on the base, then cover it with Tomato Soup, and cover that with sliced potatoes and cheese. Yeah I know, Random recipe! So I had to go into Huonville to buy a can of tomato soup...hehe. I'll let you know how this one turns out, I am a little bit skeptical, but I am experimenting and I need another recipe to add to my 'what I can cook' list. I was going to skip it and not do it, but mum urged me to try it out, just coz she's not brave enough.
So I am driving Dallin to the airport at 7am tomorrow, he's going car hunting in Melbourne. Tassie cars aren't good enough...dont blame him actually, it took me about a month to find a car here.
Im liking this little bit of warm weather, It seems winter isnt quite here yet. Im making the most of it and wearing short sleeves.
